Next Step Management Development Ltd., established in 1986, is
a world-class provider of Organisational Development services through
the provision of a range of targeted consultancy and development
approaches. We are regarded by our clients as a leader in our field,
delivering personally tailored and focussed consultancy services
as well as creative, innovative, individually designed, team and
leadership training courses and workshops. Within Next Step we have
an exceptionally strong team of highly talented consultants, coaches
and facilitators each expert in their respective field all who have
held senior line-management positions within "blue-chip" organisations.
Our main offices are located in England, UK and our client assignments
are delivered throughout the world - during the past year we have
delivered assignments for our clients throughout Europe, Asia, Africa,
Russia and USA.
