Your challenge — should you choose to accept it, is to navigate Lenny the ‘Leader Bee’ through the hive, selecting team bee members along the way. The bee hive is a good example of a group working together using the strengths of a balanced team.

Next Step’s Accelerated Results Method (A.R.M) is a description of a basic logic that seems to be common to all human beings. Each person has strengths and weaknesses associated with the stages of the A.R.M logic which helps and hinders their ability to perform jobs of work.

By working together and using the strengths of an evenly balanced team you will be able to cover the logical stages of A.R.M more effectively.

The game requires the Shockwave plugin, plus some extra components to be installed. This is a very popular plugin which most people have (if you can see the game you have the plugin already), but if you need to download it you can do so here.
